Alright, slacking already, I know. Rough weekend.


Monday- I chose not to run on monday due to shear exhaustion. I'm guessing it doesn't lead to productive, efficient workouts. Didn't want to pull a President Nicolas Sarkozy. Can't tell you how much motivation/utter despair it is to think guys like that are in better shape than me...
Tuesday- I did continue with tuesday's plan...took a long walk from my parents' house, which was nice. On to more recent events, though..
Wednesday- I went blissfully running today, it felt good after a long break. The weather was great too; almost chilly if you were standing still. (Almost! Probably actually around 65) I did monday's routine today, which was to run 3 minutes, and walk for 2, repeated 8 times. I'm planning on running again on friday and sunday, and pretending this past monday was sunday's 'day of rest'. I know this is against the rules in that you're not supposed to run two days in a row, but oh well.
Nutrition I've been sucking at lately...totally not easy. I have lots of ideas and people have been so helpful but I'm just not hungry sometimes. Eating every four hours is super hard. Not giving up though and i just need to find a good routine I think. We'll see :)
