In any case...my abbreviated update is as follows:
Exercising every day = hard.
Eating right every day = hard.
Writing in my food journal every day = hard.
Compounding all of this (not really, but we're going to blame her partially anyway), is the fact that the chairwoman of the Plan has decided to go and get herself cooped up on crutches. Thanks a latte! No, seriously, though, can't really blame other people for my motivation. She does wonders for my food related motivation, anyway. I've broken down a couple times...I've had sushi twice, which would be ok if not for the rice. I keep telling myself, 'go for the sashimi!', but then I don't and I have a spicy tuna roll instead. Way to go, me. I also had a delicious Double Chocolate Crunch Zone Bar...so much for the no sugar. I knew as I was buying it that I could simply wait and go to a different store where they carry Think Thin bars, which I could totally have, and yet I stayed in line and had the delicious Zone Bar. Sigh.
Also, there was an unfortunate incident where I was maliciously stalked by Circus Peanuts around a store. Apparently, according to the chairwoman, eating 4 Circus Peanuts that have an amount of sugar equivalent to a 20 oz Mountain Dew is what we call "a poor choice". Whaaaatever...
More wonderful updates to follow, I promise I'll be better!
